A 30th-anniversary campaign to support Washington County survivors and our shelter.

For survivors of domestic violence, a peaceful night is the difference between pain and comfort; distress and calm, voices raised and blissful quiet. Sometimes a peaceful night is an opportunity to think and to be heard by supportive advocates, and sometimes it’s the very beginning of many more peaceful nights to come.

Nights where one is at liberty to think their own thoughts and make their own choices.

Our goal is to give 30 Peaceful Nights to 30 survivors in need of rescue. Will you help us?

WAYS TO GIVE A PEACEFUL NIGHT:

HOLIDAY SHOPPING? GIVE YOUR LOVED ONE THE GIFT OF A PEACEFUL NIGHT

Giving a Peaceful Night as a gift is also a wonderful way to honor a loved one during the holidays or any special occasion. Select the “Honor” option on the donation form when making your online donation and we will send your recipient a notification to let them know their gift is making a difference in the life of a domestic violence survivor and their family.

Prefer to donate by mail? Send your check to P.O. Box 303, Machias, ME 04654. Please write “Peaceful” in the memo line.
